The Train Recordings team have done a very good job with this latest compilation collection, welcoming 25 pulsating originals to the table across a wide range of artists. The range of production talents involved is pretty outstanding, with the likes of Ceph, Jaxx, Phantom Warrior, Insize Dub, Top Dolla, Judge D and many more all providing welcome additions to the tracklisting. For us, there are a couple of immediate stand outs, from the industrial sounding drum designs and breathy percussive blows of ‚Time To Go‘ from Spektral, to the sub-busting synth sizzles of Ickleman’s ‚Open The Hatch‘ and of course, the spooky organ leads of Dub General’s ‚World Of Confusion‘ to match. A very full collection indeed.
